FIX CMD EXE APPLICATION ERROR 0XC0000142

Friends, from last few day’s whenever i shutdown my PC an unknown cmd.exe – Application Error appears on my front window and restrict the termination process.. It says “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application.” So, now i am getting little bit tensed and looking forward for an effective solution to fix it.
